Friday's find - nothing important
Went out this evening for a wee while. Went to an old tree on the other side of the wild grassy bit. Probably not a good idea; I think it was flooded when it was a mill. We do use it for an outdoor bbq place though now that it's not flooded; - but lots of bugs and ticks and stuff.
Well, after setting my MD off a couple of time with my boots (accidentally mind you) I got a couple of medium notes (still not read the manual) I got to digging. Turned up a pound coin, yay. Eventually turned up a couple more and a ring pull. And what I think is a wee lump of coal- which I guess would be considered lucky here :P
Should be hitting the beach on Sunday so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
