Nice button recoveries, congratulations & HH

Nice finds, congrats! :occasion14:

Nice finds! Congrats! :icon_thumleft:

Two William Langs show up in the Boston City directory from 1840-60. One was a dealer in West India goods, the other in the iron and steel business. The button is probably from the former. I think it is one of the tougher backmarks to find. Nice going!

A couple of tough ones for sure! Congrats!!! :occasion14:

I have searched my historical button book, no such mfg mentioned. Went on line and researched for the last hour and a half. The only mfg that even came close was a W. Land Boston. At this time I am a bit befuttled. Will try again.

So if can’t any info on the maker would make a rare button????

Nice!!! Congrats!!!
