Fur Trade - French Jesuit Medal ?

This was found on an old Indian Village site containing both Fur Trade and Mission Era relics. I believe it is a French Jesuit Medal that was given to Columbia River native peoples likely in the 1840s-1850s. I can not make out the writing and was hoping someone would recognize the style and be able to tell me what the words are??

Top two words are "Voila Notre" which in French I believe translates as "Here We."

I think the theme of the medal is, Our Lady of the Poor Souls (in Purgatory)
