I went to the park at Oronoco, Mn detecting the beach. The dam is wide open so now it's just a river running through there. Everyone wants it dredged out so they can run there boats and last year after the flood the county flew a helicopter over planting wild flower seeds on the sand bars costing over $7,000.00. What a joke. While I could see where other guys have detected and it looks like they popped up a few aluminum cans.
I found this spoon or spinner.It's stamped G.M. Skinner,Clayton N.Y. Pat U.S.& Canada 1874 # 5.
I looked on eBay and ones listed as # 8 Turkey foot spoon for buy it now $795.00 and another with 5 different ones $4.99 starting price. I think someone is fishing for a sucker.
Yesterday I found 1890 Indian Head and a week ago I found a Estados Unidos Mexicanos 1940,1 cent coin. roger
