Garrett customer service is great!!

Over the last few years, I have dealt with Garrett a few times getting replacement parts etc.. I just received my Infinium LS back from the repair shop and she looks brand new! I broke one of the knobs off last time I was at the beach (something smashed into it in my truck). So I sent it in for repair and a full servicing/tune-up.

The customer service reps were incredibly helpful and polite every time I've dealt with them. The turn around time was shorter than expected and they did a bang up job fixing and cleaning the old girl up.

Garrett gets two thumbs up from this guy!

I just wish more companies had customer service like that.

I have dealt with Garrett on a few occasions and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Even when I bought something and it was out of warranty they helped me out

Yep I also had a great experience. Had some issues with my first ATP. They shipped a new one right away and sent a return label for the bad one. A+ quality company in my opinion.
