About 2 weeks ago the arm cuff broke on my AT Pro after over 5 years of use. Contacted Garrett customer service and despite the fact that it has long been out of warranty, they sent me another one for free. Thanks Garrett. Your customer service has always been first class and its nice to know that your company stands behind its products !

I was a loyal Garrett customer for over 20 years. Their after sales team was always great. If only Minelab would follow their example.

I can attest to Garrett, Whites and Minelab customer service. Metal Detector Manufacturers have the best customer service of any industry I know of..

Like any business there is a lot of competition but they really do care about their customers..
