Ull get there just take ur time watch those vids on youtube & read ur manual does take time like everything else soon ull have so many finds u wont know What to do with lol good luck

These r places i enjoy hunting i go to schools ( after hours) mayb a closed old school even better
Parks
Old homes
Sports feilds
Allways looking in the Woods for old cellear holes im mostly a relic hunter myself I like that kinda difficult peice to find
Ur own yard neighbors house family members
Lists could go on for hours but hopefully from this might just give u an idea there r places everywhere
Now if u want old places where los clubs,buttons,relics,etc might b try this its a little research but its worth it a good friend of mine actully showed me this Google historicmapworks.com go to search put ur state + town in & ull get a couple good maps old ones of ur town & then ull c a spot right above says something like Basic thats the free one & the one i use, when u have ur map pulled up right above the map u c something called overlay use that itll drop a current Map on top og the old one & to the right is a slide for adjusting how much at a time u wanna overlay its a great site im glad I was told about it good luck

No ill go on it right now & do a step by step for ya i read my post kinda confusing sorry but heres What ya do

Now ur at home screen, in the middle u have 2 options Premium & free Basic,
Click on Basic small old map should pop up, now look at the top right under historic mapworks click Search, now u get a location search put ur town in & state in the spot next to ur town, left to right boxes soon as u get ur town and state hit search pick any map in that section u want & the map u picked should come right up
Also now above the map u chose u can c in the middle it says overlay this map click the Basic free, & done theres a slide tool on the middle right ( next to map to adjust info for u old map to new now map) hope it works for u let me know

Use it in the right places and it will really surprise you. Stay away from busy parks......just too much junk!
