Call your local ACE Hardware. Ask for their item # 56925. These are 7/8" (22 mm), black plastic caps. 4 to a pack and ~$2.
You will have to cut a knotch out ~ 3/8" long by 1/8" wide for the scraper. It is a pretty snug fit but you may want to use a dab of clear or black RTV to keep the cap in place.
