What happens in the Pro-Pointer is close the the Retriever Digging Tool Magnet (located at the base of the handle)? I might add - the magnet is pretty strong. Anyway, I try to keep them apart (in the bag) but will it really cause a problem if they touch or are close to one another?

I have both as well and from what I've been reading, the magnet should not harm the pp. Now would i try it, probably not, but there a few vids of ppl using the both with no issues other than the magnet setting off the pp

Thanks for the reply Potts. Actually, I use the holder's that came with the Pro-Pointer and Digger - it is when I finish up and put them into my MD'ng bag of goodies. However, I like the idea of attaching the Pro-Pointer to my hand digger sheath - will have to look into that - thanks!
