George Washington showed up last night

This will be an accumulation of last night, this afternoon, and this evening hunting at the new permission. I found 12 wheat cents from 1955 to 1919 in the total 6 hours of hunting, and last evening I dug a 1932 Washington quarter. Always nice to see silver in your hole. I also found quite an accumulation of newer coins as seen by my pictures. Everything pictured was found in a total of 6 hours. I also found a strange decorative piece of brass that I have no idea what it is for and a trigger from an old toy gun. Wish I could have found the whole gun. Forgive the condition as I haven't given anything a good cleaning yet. Also several of the latest wheat pennies are soaking and not in the pictures. I am not sure about the one item that is marked with several numbers, but it appears to be some kind of lead seal.

Congrats on the silver Q. :occasion14: Looks like a site with plenty of targets. I'd hit that site in multiple directions. Don't be afraid to swing slow and dig some whispers and iffy's.

Nice digs. Still waiting on my first silver. And I like the 2021 - never seen a coin from the future :laughing9:

Nice pile o'clad and a silvera day keeps the doc away

I do plan on working this site to death. There have been an unbelievable number of targets here. With all the newer pennies, I almost believe the mint was here at some time!!! As I get a lot of the targets dug it should be easier to concentrate on the iffy ones.

Those are some nice saves.

There is no mint mark on the quarter.

The quarter has a lot of detail on it. It had to have been lost early on in it's existence.
