Georgia peaches

Georgia peaches hit our store this week.
Here’s one that I wood smoked.

Delicious and slightly savory due to a tiny pinch of salt. I’ll freeze about 1 dozen, after smoking. They’ll end up in peach/habanero salsa and chutney.
I also cooked red potatoes and fresh green beans. Great time of year.👍🏼

I never heard of spraying with clay. I am going to have to google that. Here in Eastern NC, real tough to get anything of my fruit trees without chemicals.

Surround WP, you need a sprayer that can handle the thick liquid.
That's my last spray with clay, I need to give it time to rain off.. The fruit biting and eating bugs are just about gone.. Plum Curcio, and Rose Schafer beetles.

Thanks for the information dowser. I'll check it out for next season since this years crop is already lost.
