I have a German bayonet that i need help with. It is a Carl Eickhorn 1886-1921 era dress bayonet. I believe it is a private purchase "walking out" bayonet. In my looking around i have found bayonets like it but this one is has nothing to attach it to a gun. It has etching on both sides but not like any i can find. I know of police and fireman dress bayonets but the etching is nothing like this one. Any help would be great, Thank You.
