German Pewter Plates

I picked up several of these plates at a church rummage sale. Based on experience I'm reasonably certain they are pewter and believe they are German. I've noticed that pewter ingots sell for a fairly good price and these were cheap enough to take a shot with. However, when I looked at ingots for sale I noticed that most of the ones that sell for higher prices state they are "lead free". I was under the impression that most pewter had a small percentage of lead. I've got no idea how to tell. Can anyone tell me anything from the marks? All of the plates had one of the 3 marks shown. Sorry they aren't more clear but they were pretty worn.

engl BLOCK ZINN German for tin = pewter. vintage so maybe 5% or so lead.
bullet caster like to use pewter or tin to help fill out molds.
the ones with the clover/flower i think are Irish pewter.
nice finds.

I've got several newer pieces of pewter. Is there a way to tell which would be lead free?
