anyone would want to know of places I hung out at in the late 50s into the late 60s.

they're in Pennsylvania, Reading to be exact and I haven't been back to dig at any of them, nor do I know if they are not developed but they might be worth a drive by and a stop. One never knows., right?

That would be great info for someone Ive learned alot from other people and where they used to go and hang out very nice of you to offer that. Tommy

there's a wooded area in Greenfields, north of Glenside off rt 183. I do believe it's at the end of Lockheed and Boeing Ave. Street names elude me but, Behind the IGA or what used to be the IGA way back. or maybe Riveredge would be a better descriptor. That one reached almost all the way to the Schuylkill River. Don't have gps numbers but it would be located east of 183, south of the last street in Greenfields, north of the Berkshire Country Club, with the river an outer boundary.

When I was a kid I spent many hours crawling around stables made of cut granite stone with beam roofs in that area. They probably dated to the late 1800s. We were way too poor to afford a "metal detector" at that time,

More to come.
