I like the material of that first one. Is it a river or creek find?

Looks like choc.marble cake! Pretty stuff and nice relic. Is that a quartz tip or a lookalike?

Rock ,good to see you back and with some nice finds that first one is a killer awesome colors also the second one is interesting is that quartz ? Would have loved to see the bottom of that one

That material is gorgeous! Definitely one of my favorites of your finds. What type of point or tool is it?

Good stuff there, Rock!

All are cool and great finds but that first one is amazing!

I was excited thats for sure hoping for more like it raining again so either it will uncover or cover up. Hoping for the uncover of course.

Its a quartzite, dont you know the tip was sticking straight up so I was drooling as I pulled it. Just to shed a tear. But hey maybe there will be more.

Its a blade but has a nice edge work so was used it is a nice color might of been white and black in its past life but Im not going to change the color back I like it.

That blade is a beauty! Any ideas on how it was utilized? Hand? Haft?

Probably hand due to the edge work is all around it. Might be more just have to wait and see so much rain still.

Nice blade, the broken one looks like Tallahatta quartz.

Your probably rite on the type I brushed it and it wont come clean thats the original color I believe Id like to think it was a big Savannah River cause I know they liked quartzite types here but wont know unless I find a whole one.

Thanks I like that color. Last year I went a few times and even though its private property I saw footprints leading from the river up and I didnt find anything I figured if it was worth someone yakking up it there must be something worth finding. Its going to be funny when they go there in the summer and dont find anything like I did last year :)

I had someone look at it lately and they think it was used in a Haft but by the sharpening of the blade they said it was probably longer at one time.
