Coins are getting really tough. Getting hard to find any conducive targets at all, but did get to see a buddy find a 1858 Canadian dime. Don't usually dig square nails but I've seen people posting them. There are only about 20 acres with them everywhere.

love those square nails...keep diggin theres more to find!

Yea I'm past due for a coin. I figure I spend, you're going to think I'm crazy but about 30 hours detecting per coin. The only plus they are seated era. If square nails were worth any thing I'd be rich because there are thousands of them.

Congrats on your iron scrap totals.
What is the melt value of iron now?

Sorry i bored you I'm just excited to hunt a site that coughs up seated coins and think 150 year old hand made nails are more interesting than a pile of clad.
