Give it up, Buttercup go on their first hunt!

Hi everyone, Red here, hope you all had a great weekend, with great finds and lots of fun. We took the new kids, Give it up, and Buttercup.

out this weekend, we had so much fun, and lots of frustration too. We are so used to our old machines, that it will take some time to learn out new ones.
Chug LOVES his AT PRO, he is amazed at how deep he is picking things up, he is getting things so small that he knows his Whites classic id 5 would never had! The pro rocks and he is so excited to try it in water. We both found a little of this, and a little of that, including our fair share of trash!

Both our machines love bullets! nails, my favorite is this square one! Chug found something interesting, a little cleaning and parts, it could be good as new, LOL Chug scored this awesome earing, I think the stones are smokey quartz.

He also found this cool pin, and these tiny items also! There is no way his whites would have picked these up, and when he used his propointer, the d things would move around and around, he did good though, I thought for sure he was going to throw it, the battery is getting low, so next week, we need new ones.
I had fun with one signal, my Ace 250 aka Buttercup, was screaming dimes, then would bounce, then go to dime again. I then used my propointer, and it screamed before I even touched the ground, it was a big target too, hmmmmmm, dig or not to dig. What to do? Ah heck, go for it, after all, new machine, dig ALL signals, you never know what you will find! it was lying the way it is in the second picture, with the handle being the first thing I felt, omg I LOVE digging big targets, it's like Christmas! I know it's old, just not sure how old it is, I also found this, and the saw blade was about 8 inches down, and was lying flat, it took me awhile to get it out, there was no way I was leaving it after all that work, so I win for most unusual find this weekend, and Chug wins smallest silver find with a machine!
Ok, now Chug overheard me saying a little prayer, and he really wants me to share it with you all, so here goes.
Dear metal detector God,
Thank you for all the stuff I find, I really appreciate the coins, toys, junk jewelry, old bullets, and all the other neat stuff I find, I try not to complain and cuss when I find pulltabs, foil, and other garbage, and I try REALLY hard to be nice to people who irritate me. I only have one complaint, I have yet to find gold and it's been a year now! Please, please, pretty please let me find some soon, Chug says I'm driving him nuts!

LOL just kidding, my advice for newbies is relax, get to know your machine, with time and practice, you will find some great stuff, like Chug says, it's a matter of your coil hitting the right spot at the right time, so I'll be patient and keep trying, and I'll keep having fun!

The projectiles are From the Indian wars Era In the Great Pacific northwest, only a Few year difference and they are large compared to civil war Projectiles!! But Still Fun to Find Chug

The new AT Pro Rocks On the Small Silver Items So Far Im Just Learning It!!! Both of them are Less than 1/4 the Size of A Dime And they were sounding like a Quarter on steroids!!! Chug
