No. The 11th Circuit just reversed the lower court's decision to dismiss the case. So GME's lawsuit is still alive.

Private sector salvage only ones going to be able to operate, way things are headed. Noticed a recent news headline, "Archaeologist racing against time to study a shipwreck" (1,300 years old). Didn't read article, could be other reasons (sometimes the weather).
