going through pennies and a weird find

I'm not getting any halves until tomorrow so I've been going through some of the penny rolls I have laying around. After about $40 in CWR and $10 in MWR I've come up with this

1913
1919
1938
15 from the 40's
15 from the 50's
and this, it looks like a button. found it in a CWR

It could be an old school Chiefs coin given to stand out sailors. I am navy and I know they do this now but I don't know how far the tradition goes back. It looks to be old like the 40's-50's. Cool find.
