Will be in Upstate area, between Elmira and Endicott within the next month, hopefully don't need permits to hunt in those areas? If anyone would like to meet me or nunyabiz, name a time and place, My friend IS from Glen Aubrey area originally, he went to Owego schools. And after many years of planning, it looks like we are going to be able to get out there for at least a week. 
We will be staying at a local motel along waverly somewhere, or in downtown Owego. Preferably someone who can hunt when they want to......
