Gold annular ring brooch 13c

Hi all this is one of my best finds todate its a gold annular ring brooch its treasure tove and been pu at 13 century its a one of a kind there is not another like it anywhere with the full latin inscription on it . and all the experts in latin cant wok out what it means , others that have been found have either a number repeated four times or a letter or they are blank . for me its got to be up there as one of my best finds cheers enjoy
