Gold at low tide!

Headed out to the beach for the first time in two weeks today. It was a drizzly day at the beach and targets were few and very far between. Beach was very flat with some trenches, but not much in 'em. I spent 4 hours searching 12 blocks at low tide and ended up with 18 cents, a busted pair of glasses, a nice Timex Ironman watch and this 2.9g 14k gold wedding/engagement ring. I found the ring in the wet sand right at the low tide mark about 2.5 hours into the hunt. Been two months since I've seen gold in the scoop. Feels good to get back on the gold train!
