Gold Eagle ring.

[DiggerDave in Pa.]

I finally managed to pull gold #3 from the water. This ring has seen better days. Gold is gold and I will take it. It weighs 7 grams and is marked 10K. Thanks for looking! DD.

Dave,That ring has been in the water for a LONG time, man look at the tarnish!!!!!!!!I'd take it to a jewler and have him restore it for sure!!!

On second thought, take it to someone who can tell you about it,That ring has some history to it!!!

[DIGDIG]

Does it appear to have been cut or is it a overlapping band like a kids ring?

very nice ring
i believe it is a FOE (Fraternal Order of Eagles) ring.

This is what happens when you get thrown out of the eagles. Sort of like having your rank ripped off and your sabre broken.

They chop your ring off with a hatchet and toss it in the water? Seems a bit harsh.....

Nice gold ring!! Take a ring size round spindle type tool and a wood mallet and reshape it, I fix all my rings.

NICE !!!! I have been thinking about joining the local Eagles here where I live. I have a jewler friend that would fix it up nice.
