Curious what could cause this sort of coloring . The penny is smooth so it doesn’t feel like it’s been coated in anything and it seems like the coloring is pretty even , except for the scratched areas. Pic one is under normal lighting . Pic 2 is under a magnifying glass. Pic 3 is under a light.

It is definitely something that was added after it left the mint.
