I found a ring that seems to have a gold nugget design on it it says D10K on the inside is it real 10k how much is it worth help me out people

Nice find. I think that the ‘D’ will be the maker mark, and I’m pretty sure it’s from a company called “Diamomo Jewelry” (with a strapline: “14K & 10K Gold Jewelry Made with Care - California, United States”).
They’re a “Star Seller” on Etsy and this one has the same mark:
