Beautiful watch.

Those are hard to come by, as far as detecting goes.

It does say Trenton, and the only other marks on it is 8371623 on the inside front. I can't get the back open and the inside is glass not plastic. Thanks everyone for all the good info.
Everyone sees something else it seems. I see TRVATON, which appears to be a sort of a Spanish word. Glass means that its older in any case, only modern ones have plastic. The answer is in the back side, maybe you need to spray the hinge in some penetrating oil for some time, then try to open it very very slowly, working it back an forth quite a little bit at a time.

I think it may be Cronton, I did a search and came up with something http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cronton

Cronton is a village and civil parish within the Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley, in Merseyside, England. The village is surrounded by green belt land. Over the county border in Cheshire, Widnes town centre is 2.3 miles (3.7 km) to the south-southeast.

Cronton is an ancient village and was once a centre for the makers of watch parts and movements.

I'm not sure but thought it was interesting.

It IS a TRENTON.
And what is a Trenton? (PS: I still see a v instead of an e)
