Marry Christmas to all,

last night I was hunting a local beach all night ( 6 hours or so ). I love hunting beaches at night with a headlamp because I feels like you have the whole beach to yourself. I was searching around an area that is most frequently traversed by tourists. It was no more than a hundred or so yards from a gold ring I found last week. I got a usual large pulltab signal reading +33 on my DFX at 6 inches. I have learned to dig everything since actually finding gold and it paid off again. it is a truly beautiful ring 14 K white gold with a yellow gold inset it also has artcarved engraved inside. I am extremely happy with this find and is my favorite this year. It also is fairly large, weighing 7.5 grams and finnally a ring I can keep!!! :)I sure am happy to be hunting my hometown beach opposed to the ones in San Diego. thanks for looking.

Nice ring, Pat! Still looking for my first ring on the beach. :(

Hunting in the dark sounds cool, I'll have to try it.
I once hunted a NJ beach in January in a thick fog. It was a very surreal experience.

Thanks for sharing.

Really nice ring....are you going to try and find the owner? Bet he's in trouble right now. ;D

very very nice.
If you were to buy that design in an artcarved band
in a store it would probably cost you $400.00 or more.
nice and congratulations!
