Golden Sabre II questions

How does the Golden Sabre II stand up to the rest in paticular the SilveruMax or the Golden uMax on depth. It has the notch feature, but the uMax probably beat it considering it's newer ED120 circuitry for discrimination. It appears the Golden Sabre II is based on the older Pantera but with the preset GB. It is a 12GHz machine like that of the Compadre but not of it's ED 180 circuitry. What would you spend on a used good to excellent Golden Sabre II?

It appears the Notch discrimination has been around since the mid to late 80's along with the Royal Sabre, Golden Sabre and Golden Sabre Plus, with the Pantera, Golden Sabre II in the 90's and even the later Golden uMax and Cortes models in 00's.

Just wondering how this detector performs with the rest and if anyone wants to share in patricular if put up against the Golden uMax head to head how does it compare?

Thanks for the link Sandman, with the notch discrimination and four tones compared to the older heavier series, makes sense why one would want to lean towards the uMax instead even when they are going for what they are.
