I just got back from vacation Tuesday and have been itching to go hunt. While I was away we had a huge storm roll thru and drop a lot of rain. The first pic is from Tuesday went down to see my grandparents who care take a farm on the sassafras river. That's the site I have been finding points mixed in with the bricks. I only had a few minutes but found something neat that I hadn't ever found. It's definitely a gun flint ... From what I have looked up its French. The farm was the site of the first court house in the county around 1690 .... Iv never metal detected there so I'll go back later and check out.

There rest of these pics are from after work last night I went back to a farm I just got permission for this past winter and the property goes all the way down to the Chester river.( I saw an elderly guy struggling to clear trees after ice storm so I stopped and helped him for most of the day I refused any money but asked him if I could walk his beach. Looks to be a great site)
First pic is insitu ... Couldn't believe my eyes and if you zoom in at top right corner you can see my second one that I didn't see until after I picked up the big one. I think it's a Susquehanna broad spear

I scrubbed for a while trying to clean the algae/ patina off a bit but it's not going any where
This is the one that was about 2 feet away... Hard to see in pics but it has a really pretty almost deep purple section running thru the middle. Looks like it was a pretty big crude triangle/ Levanna

Also found these not far away

I found some pottery this one piece looks drilled and also another stone that was drilled ... Maybe broke banner

There is large broken hard stone pieces everywhere.... The same material that most axes are made out of around here. Here's 2 pieces I kept the first looks like it may have been a large knife in the works or possibly broken axe.

Here is other piece

Also almost stepped on this guy

Sorry for the long post thanks for looking
