Thanks, Mike, I had made a big dirt hole set here last summer and never got anything except for rabbits and squirrels. I had a trail camera monitoring the set and there was a red fox interested in it but he wouldn’t go more than 10 feet from it. I had the camera at the back of the hole that we put lure and feathers in for a bobcat. I thought about it and went back and put a trail set in here with the camera about 15 feet away from the target area with flashes about the same distance aimed at the target area and I got the picture of the fox and a lot more of the same fox and numerous bear pictures that I haven’t processed yet.

The fox looks really white, does it turn for the upcoming winter?
They stay red here in SE Ontario (Well at least the one that lives on the property.)

As far as I know they stay the same color. There seems to be a considerable amount of color variations. This one is lighter colored.

Domestic breeds turn whiter in the face when get to be senior in age.
