Basic physics...you cannot get more energy from energy....every time energy is used...there is a loss.
Your almost talking perpetual motion...which has yet to be proved.
Even if you used the energy created from the burned saltwater to power the generator that creats the radio waves to burn the saltwater...a power loss is created and eventually would lose all the energy.
