I found this at an old school that started back in 1900 give or take a decade. School has been out of commission for about 20 years now.
Found this at a solid 32 on the manticore.
It appears to be lady liberty or maybe another goddess/French lady.
It says good luck.
I'm guessing 1920s-50s since that's when good luck tokens seemed to be so popular but I would love more help in narrowing it down!
I tried good image search and didn't find anything.
