Yep, headed up to The Bronx yesterday. The E-trac has been in a super productive mode so I figured I would stick with a winner. I gave this park a six hour scan. One of the first recoveries I came across was this sweet little BAMBI. Yep, although you can't hunt in the confines of New York City, I figured I would take her home anyway. Some of these New Yawkers don't know the difference between a Deer or a Cow. (A lot of them don't care about the law either)
So Productivity was the name of the game. The Monster ended up sniffing out 149 coins, which included a 1946 Silver Scrappy Dime, a Sterling ring, 18 Wheat pennies, and a Bemberg Rayon Yarn Token.
In the relics department, I recovered a cool brass Skeleton Key, a brass buckle, a brass slide bolt, and a pigeon band.

I have that same ring

I kept my etrac and didn't end up bumping up to the ctx. The etrac is a great old coin machine. I got a deus instead of ctx. Hope I'm not missing much. You seem to like the etrac to. I know why though lol

Thanks buddy,
The land was donated to the city by a family that lived there in their home. The home was built in the 1870's.
The city finally took over the land in 1936 and demolition of the home and construction of the park began.
I plan to really hit the area where I found the skeleton key and brass hardware with a few different machines.

Great hunt, lots of fun and coin targets to keep you busy for 6 hours! :occasion14:

If I hunted on land for six hours you'd have to pry me out of bed the next morning, I told my ortho doc I wanted Zerc fittings installed on all my joints.
Nice hunting bud, the monster likes you and you know the monster.
