XP Deus II v0.6 with 11" Coil
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Carried on gridding from where we left off yesterday. Although we had 14 Roman Coins in 4 hours, we failed to find anything of any great substance. However, we still have some way until we have found the limits of the site, so could be anything to play for yet

17th C 1/2 Penny Token
Broken 17th C Button
Livery Button
Silver 18th C Cufflink - I think its my first/maybe second ever complete example :)
Bronze Fitment, which I can't ID, might be Roman Military or Medieval box fitting :dontknow:
Nice little Geo III Pan/Trade Weight

A good weekend for Dec & it's still pretty mild :icon_thumright:

Rain rarely stops us unless its mixed with lightning. However, research is never wasted, even if its a dead end.

Good you are still getting out and making some nice finds! The November drought finally ended here in Germany. I got out to a partially drained swim lake in a lite rain this weekend, I like the occasional change from relic hunting. Made a few finds, silver cross and pendant. We just had a snow storm this evening, just 1.5" stuck and the weather is getting serious, LOL. HH, Mike

Thanks, we will always get out, unless the snow is a foot deep. Most snow is pretty weak/thin nowadays, so nothing changes apart from our layers.(clothes) :icon_thumright:

Like shaun says, that looks like a good field , I hope you do well there mate and I look forward to reading about the great finds soon ;D. I might even get out soon, who knows :laughing7:
