Grazing field finds day 2

Finds from a field that was part of a stagecoach stop. It consisted of a hotel and a large barn.

The marble spheres are made of iron.

Need some help ID-ing this thing. I think I have found a few of them in the past and never knowing what they were.

The knob on the "stick" and the item next to it were used to put on the tips of the cow's horns so they wouldn't gore you. I forget the technical term. The ring is what I believe would go in the cow's nose, so it could be "led around by the nose". Nice finds. Haven't seen too many of these.

Those are some very cool old relics I don't see very often. Looks like a great sight for even more good stuff.
