Wow what a great day! Those coppers are sweet and the cameo is something I would have repaired as well. Congrats on kicking ***!

Nice weekend of hunting Dave. The 1803 cleaned up nicely. The cameo is definitely a sweet find. I might look into restoring a find like that as well. What's your preferred method for cleaning buttons out of curiosity?

Awesome digs, :headbang: looks like you found a virgin site. I'd give anything for a hunt like the one you enjoyed. In can see you certainly had a great holiday. :occasion14: Amazing, simply amazing. :notworthy:

thanks Rob! I use a soft brass bristled brush with soap and water.then if there is gold gilt i dip a q-tip in the CLR and bring out the gilt.then re wash it to get the clr off.and dry

That's a dream hunt for sure and you did a great job cleaning everything up. Congrats [emoji106]

Awesome relic and coin hunt, congratulations! The 1803 LC is fantastic looking! :occasion14:

Stellar hunt.

Man that was one great hunt. All different kinds of finds, and that 1803 Large Cent is in Great shape.

Outstanding Dave!! I'm so jealous of those great looking coppers, and apparently digging in the woods is the way to go. Mine are almost always in very bad shape from long-term exposure to fertilizer and no cleaning method will work. Good thing I don't have that problem with silvers :laughing7:. Nice hunt!

One word: OUTSTANDING!......and the pictures are great also.

Damn dude that ring is really nice. Great lc as well

Great finds (as always) Dave. That play trivit is really neat.
