Good Grief Sag, are you rolling kids for their lunch money? I haven't found squat lately and I've hit up McDonalds and Burger Kings drive-thru this week. Did find an elderly Asian Lady having some type of heat event sitting on the asphalt beside her car. Mall lot. Helped her into her vehicle and sat with her until her AC got cold enough to frost our teeth. She refused 911 or a phone call to her family. I stayed until she drank at least 8 oz of a bottle of water I had. She thanked me and indicated I should leave. She looked and acted OK, so I left. At least she could drive a straight line out of the Mall Lot. I'm counting that as One Asian Lady. lol.

I am looking under Coinstar and vending machines, that is on the ground too. A manager came up to me today and told me that Coinstar picks the coins up from the floor (which isn't true) and said that if you find coins on the ground in the store I have to give them to her. I just left and let her take the $1 if she wants and maybe use it to buy some paint for the lines in the parking lot.

I contacted a mod, and found out that Spart is banned for life, so that is one gone from our competition.

All I've found under and around coin star machines are foreign aluminum coins. Seems every time I get near one of the machines some cashier gives me the evil eye. Did find that one Barber coin once. I need to get over to my Costco Store and walk the fence lines for bills. It's been slim this year.

I like reading about all the various places money is found. Let me add this idea: If there are garage sales in your area, give them a walk by. While out detecting several months ago, a fellow doing his late morning walk stopped to show me he had found a $20 bill across the street from a garage sale on his walking route....

I found it in the ground while planting some flowers in my garden; since I didn't use my detector, I included in here. It could have belonged to me before, but it could have belonged to the previous owners of the house.
