Went out for about 45 min to an old house that I once hit with my White's Spectrum but was chased out by the trash. My GT was put to the test to see if I could find anything in the same area that I used my Spectrum. I was happy to see that the tones quickly ID'ed trash and I focused on the high signals that were smooth. I came out with a 1934 dog tag, Buffalo nickel with date worn off, 1936 penny, 10 new pennies and one nickel. Not too bad for less than an hour.

Great finds for less than a hour.

Thanks for sharing

Too cold here in Ohio for me to be out.

I used the peroxide technique to clean them. Let them soak for about 1 hr in heated peroxide, then rubbed lightly with a Q- tip until clean. It cleaned them great.

Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate it, Bryan

I found the 2 nickels in one hole and about 8 of the 10 new pennies in one hole.

Whatz up in Wilson, NC ... nice finds ... congratz on the buffalo and very nice dog tag ... I have been using the heated peroxide cleaning method on my copper stuff lately and it works for me ... glad you got out and wishing you continued good hunting ~ Jimmy

That's a good score for the day, congrats.
