That's almost as bad as the guy that was stealing manhole covers in L.A. cops busted him unloading at Long Beach. After jail etc he had to pay the city for the manhole covers plus the charges for transporting them to the manholes the workers time etc etc. Then came the civil lawsuits from the people who tore their wheels off hitting the holes.

All together now! STUPID

The bad thing about RRs is their Federally regulated. Federal time............
