Gulf Coast Detecting

I am wondering if anyone has had any luck detecting the beaches from the Florida Panhandle to say Gulf Shore MS. I know katrina tore everything up from the panhandle to new Orleans. I am headed to Biloxi for a few days next week and wonder if anyone knows some places to try along with the beach

Most of the beaches are OK to hunt, but if you are planning on hunting in State or local parks, ask the Rangers first. With that said, look for high traffic beach areas... and GOOD LUCK!
