I am in Colombia and I just saw a blackpowder double barrel gun in a antique store it says Ethan Allen by Hoppes serial #s08789 they are asking for 200.00 what do you think??

Much too small for a Howdah pistol, but made in the same configuration....well almost. Those guns were massive smoothe bores designed for a ball 60 caliber or larger and with about 120 grns of FFFG it would rock your world! But it would also dispatch a tiger at short range. It was one of those guns that kill at both ends! The one picured is a vest gun or a pocket pistol designed to dispatch rogues , ruffians and villans at close range. Nice piece and fun to shoot I'll bet. Monty

I bet you can say that for all the above pictured.

As in, Cool guns.... They all look fun to shoot and would do the job (dispatch rogues , ruffians and villans )
