Found them in two seperate areas in the same location. Looks like there was a needle on them as part of a clip. :dontknow:

It's was a style of pin/brooch worn by ladies to connect the two ends of their collar together, sorta the same way a man would use a collar bar underneath his necktie. These same bar brooches or pins were also worn on a dress without a collar. Below are some bar collar pins with stones. Breezie
