Hallmark ID 14K Gold Jewelry

Could anyone please help with a hallmark for a 14K pair of earrings. There is an O and R in a heart mark and also 14K mark. I could not get any closer pictures. I could not find any reference to a jeweler's hallmark that is an O and R inside a heart. Thanks for any help.
