Halves not meant for circulation

While coin roll hunting I came across two cameo JFKs and several 2001-2010 which were not meant for circulation, unfortunatly they are now "circulated" I only need a 2004d and a 2005 P to complete my collection as well as the elusive 1987 P and D. Has anyone actually found the 87s?
Amazingly I have tons of 40% in every year except 1970, is this a tough find?

I have found 13 1987's

In fact I have found more 1987's than I have 90% coins.

I'm still hunting for both, 1987 P & D. They seem to be a lot harder to find than silver around here.

The 1968s and 1969s are even tougher ive never gotten one of those but the 1970 ive gotten and the 1987.and ive gone through thousands of half boxes.

I guess it's all about the area we're in. The only 1970 I've found so far is a real nice gem grade 1970S silver proof, still looking for a 1970D for my collection though. I've found a 1987S clad proof but no P or D. 1968 and 1969 in really great condition are common here, must be from all the local coin collections getting cashed in lately. Halves boxes are horrible here, just finished going through my 14th skunk box in a row. I keep plugging away though.

I have found a few 1987s in all 3 mints, but only 1 1970-S so far. The 40% proofs seem to be pretty rare as well, I've only found 1 1967 SMS in the wild. As for the modern NIFCs I've found just about all of them from 2002-2010, but no 2011s yet.

I have found 3 1970 D's in pristine condition (One Box) and 1 1970 S in another. That was when silver was in my
part of the woods.....

Well back in early APR I had one box that produced 67 yes 67 1987 P and D's. It also had about 25 40% coins also, and one or two S proofs from various years.

Explain how 67 1987 NIFC coins got in one box I am Stumped.....
