If (and I am not sure if...) I see the coat of arms ion the obverse right, it would indeed be a Teutonic knight coing, from the era of Konrad von Jungingen:

Deutscher Orden, Konrad von Jungingen, Schilling, vz


not sure about material and denomination, though. does not lok like silver.

So... The question everyone WANTS to ask is... Where the hell did you find it? I mean, we know you've got some history in the ground in your parts. But 14th century? Geez!

There are a few close ID's but its NOT solved yet. There are a few issues with the close ID's;

The initial mark at 12oc is a 6 pointed star, not the cross that others have linked.

The letters I can see are as follows & doesn't match any of the ID FULLY yet;

MONETA DNORV[MV] - I'm not sure the last letter is a V, but it doesn't match any ID yet.

MAGST NA?I

Ask Westfront if he knows.
