Happy CRH Anniversary to me

Today is my 1 year anniversary of attempting to recover silver coins from circulation as a hobby and not just by accident. It has been an incredible year, and I enjoy this hobby just as much now as I did that very first day. Having a community like this to share my ups and downs with helps keeps the hobby strong for me as well.

I have been very fortunate to recover as much silver as I have up to this point, and I know that probably will not continue to the degree that it has, but even knowing that, I have never had a hobby that I felt more perfectly suited for than this. Of course the finds are first and foremost, but for me it's also about organizing my pickup days, planning and plotting the most economical routes for road trips, having a strong dump strategy in place (for boxes as well as road trips) so you know how much you can and can't order, etc....

There are days when this hobby feels like a Pepsi Cola route, or a Wise potato chip route to me, and for some reason I am very comfortable in that skin.

Thanks to all my friends here, and those that are no longer with us, for making this a great year for me, and as of this moment I have no intention of slowing down.

Wow...I thought you had been CRH longer than a year.

I started about a year ago too. I've had a super high skunk rate with both boxes and CWR.

Many weeks, you find more silver in 1 or 2 boxes than I've found in an entire year.
