Do it anyway. Used to work in a foundry,before that a paint shop. Ridiculous heat. When it got insane i would sing christmas songs,(loud!) Act like i was warming myself by hot objects. Whats more there were converts who tried similar tactics. Believe it?. How do you cope when you have to stay in heat?.

worked in the steel mills in the 60's on the rolling end, would wear long underwear, with a fan and water blowing on you all day. Trouble was it was so load in there you could'nt sing any song's After a stint in the Navy worked in a drop forge 4000 lb hammer man moved on to a 85thousand lb. counter blow hammer, then 35 years Firefighting so I know a little about heat. keep your wrist's cool and you can handle any heat.

Didn,t like the gear,but you topped me on the firefighting gear in comparison. Wrists for radiators ,hmm.
