I have been watching this gentleman's videos on hard rock mining on Youtube. He also has an informative website.

I like his presentation style and he seems to be very well informed. Have you guys seen this?

Not bad. Those guys are rather close to me so I sent them an email to see if maybe we can join forces to get the equipment problem worked out.
