Having trouble updating my WS6 and WSA2 headphones. Can anyone help?

I ordered the HF2 coil, so I thought I'd update the software to be compatible with it when it arrives. Updated the RC without any trouble, but I'm unable to update the headphones, and they won't work with the new software version. From XPs updater site, it keeps giving me the message that "compatible Products Not Found." I'm using a Mac running Chrome for the update. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

I am trying Hanging my Deus 2 controller AROUND MY NECK and no head phones . Trying to do like Paystreak Superfreak Does and i LIKE IT A LOT ~!!!

The short answer not really. All you can do is tire on pair and look at charge level in remote or WS6. Full bars the coils should be charged up quite a bit. It may not be fully charged though.

Thank you . I was also told on the tip of my coil shaft is lit while charging. When it is fully charged the light goes out. I see this on mine . i guess thats when it is full

YES!!! When you clip it on to charge it the light comes ON, when fully charged the light goes OFF, done !!
