Believe it or not, there were plenty of people around - saw a guy on the news who actually said, "...I didn't want to get involved"!!! Evidently it was on security video, too.

Granted, it would be great to play a game of basketball with his head, however, this gentleman has some major issues that will be ferretted out with a civil action naming him and his insurance carrier.

The moral to the story is donut get pissy about a sales tax increase when you have hot coffee in your hand.

It would benefit Dunkin Donuts to provide legal assistance to the two employees...

What benefit do you ask? Great marketing tool for increased sales.

The government would benefit as well....increased taxes.
